You're the one for me,
You're my ecstasy,
You're the one I need
Get down, get down,
And stop singing now,
As the sushi bake I ordered is here now!
This is not a sponsored post nor am I asked to write about The Good Palate. I just wanted to share my mouthwatering & AHHH-mazingly delicious Sushi Bake Aburi experience.
To keep me sane during this pandemic, I turn on Food Panda & Grab deliveries alike to satisfy my cravings. Of course, I'm also open to discovering new home cooks & home bakers as every dish is made with love & dedication too. For me, a taste of good food always convinces me that life can still be flavorful & delicious. It keeps my mood in check alright! So I decided to indulge on The Good Palate's Yakiniku Wagyu Beef Cubes in Uni Truffle Cream 'cause I miss Japan's succulent wagyu beef & uni. I crazily miss eating sushi & sashimi, but the pandemic has restricted me to as sanitation is very critical right now. So the best & safest bet I can get close to eating sushi is Sushi Bake Aburi! And lo & behold, I wasn't disappointed when I ordered from The Good Palate. Cravings satisfied. 100%!
Look at how generous the Uni & Truffle are. The creamy consistency of the Uni Truffle Cream is purely addicting and I can say that I can taste the real thing. I just love the fusion & burst of flavors popping in my mouth. It's a taste that I want to linger on in my mouth forever. As every bite was very rich, hearty & filling, my heart & tummy was in content. I couldn't ask for more, It was just a taste of satisfaction indeed. The wagyu was perfectly cooked---juicy, rich & tender! And the Japanese rice is fragrant & perfectly sticky just the way it had to be. Every bite makes me fall in love with the maker of this dish as the entree is a masterpiece in itself. It's definitely a must try especially for those who love Sushi Bakes & Aburis.
The tray I ordered was a large size (8×8) and it costed Php1600 which came with 3 Nori. You may think it looks small, but trust me, it's very rich, hearty & flavorful that you'll end up seeing a smile on your face once your cravings for good food have been satisfied. This is good enough for 3-4pax depending on your appetite level and if this is to be served for lunch or just for snack.
Some other Sushi Bake delights by the Good Palate that I'd love to try too are the following:

I hope my post made you a little bit hungry as I'm craving for another type of Sushi Bake Aburi dish right now as I write this. Hmm...Baked Wagyu with Beef Strip Mushroom Gratin or the Truffle Scallop Aburi will definitely be next in my list. Now, there's no need to fly to Japan just to get a decent Wagyu & Sushi quick fix as The Good Palate is already just a call away. Oh, it's Love at First Sushi Bite with the Good Palate.
