Salmon and Shrimp Paste Filled Flower Pastry

I just love how a simple salmon & shrimp fried dumpling can taste and look so royal. 

This concoction is drenched in a Jufran-like sauce!

Hand Tossed Abalone with Shredded Vegetables

The trick to enjoy this entrée is to literally mix everything on this plate. 

The sweet-spicy-tangy taste perfectly complements one another, no one ingredient overpowering the other!
I just love the crunchiness & freshness of the ingredients, with the generous serving of abalone. 

Three-Treasure Boiled Coconut Soup

Oh, this is indeed a unique treasure find! The coconut shell distinctly encapsulates the flavorful pork broth.

 Every sip brings a sense of satisfaction and fullness that just takes my breath away.
I just love the sauna-like effect this hearty soup provides me!

Sauteed Lobster with Wolfberry and Wild Mushrooms

Who wouldn't fall in love with lobsters?! 

The rich creamy egg-whites taste made this a winner!

Sliced Duck with Honeydew and Cucumber

The succulent peking duck sandwich is indeed a fresh twist to the usual peking duck wrap!

Who would have thought that honeydew could perfect the duck skin and crouton combo?!

Braised Home Made Spinach Skin Beancurd with Enoki Mushrooms

This is just magical! Something so healthy can be this delicious, now that's a masterpiece!

I just love how creative the spinach is laid on top of a fried beancurd bedding.

Chocolate Pudding Topped with Mango

There will always be room for desserts. And I tell you, this is one treat you can't miss!

I just love how the dry ice excites people. It just gives an Abracadabra feel to that royal dessert.

Oh yes, it was a night like no other!

1. Don't be too monochromatic. Play with at least two hues of blue.
This will surely make you stand out while still blending in. 
2. Accessorize with just a ring and a statement bag if your gown is already beaded.

Something so simple, yet often times forgotten.

I can't help but fall in love with Nichole's smile.

Mediterranean NZ Lamb "Shepherd's Stew" | Php495
This lamb stew is just heaven in a pot! The fusion of country vegetables, chickpeas, sultanas, Malagos Ricotta, Pumpkin Puree & Toasted Almonds definitely fired me up. The lamb was tender and perfectly cooked in a pot filled with oozing and rich flavors. This "Shepherd's Stew" is indeed a unique masterpiece. A must-order for Foodies who are looking for something to awaken their taste buds!

Butcher's Best | Php 350
This Wood Fired Pizza is one of the finest pizzas I've ever tasted! The ingredients are so fresh and natural, not at all greasy compared to those other pizzas served in fast foods. I just love the crispiness and softness of the pizza bread. It's actually like the CPK Standard. Butcher's Best boasts of its Homemade Garlic-Fennel Sausage, Double-Smoked Bacon and Pepperoni. Of course, the mozzarella perfected their pizza too! Oh! I've been magically fired up---the Stella Rocket Room Way! And the price is oh so worth it!

Spanish Chorizo Stuffed Prawns (6pcs) | Php550
Stuffed Prawns are usually good & this is no exception. The prawns were perfectly baked with garlic, herbs, lemon, butter and breadcrumbs. This is indeed a good catch at Php 550. Don't you agree?

Wood Fired Norwegian Salmon & Fresh Arugula-Almond Pesto | Php 595
I just love how this Salmon was cooked and served on a bed of fresh Arugula-Almond Pesto. The flavors was just so exquisite and magical. This was even topped with rich Sundried tomato marmalade, ricotta creme and toasted almonds! What more can you ask for?! Fish lovers, do order this!
